1. About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of the public website of Adminly (“Adminly”, “we”, “us”), our demonstration and booking experience, and our other public-facing materials. By using them, you agree to these terms.

These terms are not a service agreement. They do not govern a trial or paid deployment of Adminly, which is dealt with under section 5.

2. Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes: to learn about Adminly, request information or arrange a demonstration.

3. Information on the website

The information on this website is general in nature and may change from time to time. It is not advice tailored to your circumstances. We aim to keep it accurate and current, but we do not promise that it will always be complete or up to date.

4. Demonstrations and bookings

• Demonstrations are subject to availability.
• Submitting a booking or enquiry does not create a customer relationship or a contract for the Adminly service.
• Demonstrations may use examples or simulations, and are intended to show what Adminly can do.
• Actual configuration and capabilities may depend on a client’s implementation.

5. Adminly service

Any actual trial, deployment or paid use of Adminly may be subject to separate written terms or a service agreement. If there is a difference between these terms and that agreement, the agreement applies to the service.

6. AI and automated systems

Adminly uses automated and artificial intelligence systems. Their outputs, including call handling, summaries and messages, may not always be complete or error-free. Businesses that use Adminly remain responsible for appropriate human oversight and for their own decisions where required.

7. Emergency and safety situations

Adminly is not an emergency service, and this website and our service are not a substitute for emergency services. If there is immediate danger to a person or property, contact the appropriate emergency service straight away (in Australia, call 000).

Adminly may be set up to help identify urgent or safety-related enquiries, but we do not guarantee that every urgent or safety concern will be detected.

8. Intellectual property

Adminly’s branding, website design, copy, software and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remain the property of Adminly or its licensors. We do not claim ownership of third-party materials. You must not copy, reproduce or reuse our materials except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use the website or our demonstration experience to:

• do anything unlawful;
• attempt to compromise, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems;
• use malicious or abusive automated access, such as bots or scrapers;
• impersonate another person or engage in fraud; or
• infringe the rights of others.

10. Third-party services and links

The website and service may link to, or interact with, third-party platforms and services, such as booking tools. Those are outside Adminly’s control, and, subject to applicable law, Adminly is not responsible for third-party sites or services or for their content or practices.

11. Disclaimers

Subject to the paragraph below, the website and public materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we do not promise that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you may have, or any guarantee that applies, under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adminly is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or opportunity, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website or our public materials. Where a law implies a guarantee or term that cannot be excluded, our liability for breach of it is limited, to the extent the law allows, to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. You and Adminly submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
